Refund Policy for Mane Essence Academy Offers
At Mane Essence Academy we stand with you and always want what is best for you. We are very confident in the material and delivery of our offers. However we do understand life happens and unexpected circumstances come up.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable. This is to secure your spot until full registration is paid in full.
PAYMENT BALANCE
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due prior to start date.Unless other arrangements have been made.
100% (excluding deposit) up to 60 days before the start date.
50% Balance (not incl. deposit) will be refunded for cancellation 30 days before the event.
No Refunds if less than 7 days before the event. You can apply with special exemptions. To apply for an exception to this policy, you may email us at:

Your request must include:
• Student name used at registration
• Class name including date
• Amount and name of the payor
• Reason for application for exception
• Relevant documentation attachments.
We will review your request for an exception submitted by email only, and we will reply promptly after review.
GUARANTEE
Satisfaction Guaranteed or we will refund your Energy Exchange.
For unsatisfied requests, we ask you to submit all requirements for the event or class you are requesting a refund for for us to review. These will be outlined clearly in your “Sacred Agreement “ you will agree to before proceeding into the particular offer or retreat.
